Top-notch service. The driver was friendly and knew everything. The tour itself is fantastic—I recommend it to everyone. Plus, since the ticket is valid all day, you can get off and back on along the two routes. I did run into a small issue because I couldn’t find the schedule at one of the stops and ended up waiting 15 minutes for nothing. Then I found out on the website that the buses stop running at 5:30 p.m., so I continued on foot. The audio guide teaches you a lot, and the classical music during the breaks is very enjoyable.

Our trip to the aquarium was wonderful. We had our tickets from Headout on the app that made entry quick and easy. The app also gave excellent directions for driving, which was very helpful since we are visiting from out of town. Lovely day at the aquarium! Thank you!

Access was quick and on time. There were no issues with the tickets, and check-in went as smoothly as could be. The Genoa Aquarium is always beautiful, as is the city itself. I’ll definitely use Headout again.

Very easy access right from the cruise 🚢 port. Hop on hop off it is a great way to see the highlights in a day. We did the red line and then we did the blue line in one afternoon. Great time - great service.

The aquarium has a wide variety of species of all kinds, is easy to get to, and is very affordable. It's well-signposted inside; I highly recommend it.
