Discover all the secrets and wonders of an ancient medieval city just outside the ancient medieval walls where you will find Columbus' House, the former residence of the discoverer of America. It was Domenico Colombo, father of Christopher Columbus, who moved here in 1445 when his son Christopher Columbus was four years old. The shops on the ground floor were divided from the private rooms on the upper floor by a wooden beam ceiling.
