There was a line, but at least we didn't have to wait to buy tickets—Mos really sped things up. Although there are more beautiful mosques. It's full of cranes and scaffolding, so you can't really appreciate its grandeur.

Honestly there was no line, very smooth entry on the right side of the building. Be aware that downstairs is not allowed for tourists. Don't confuse the entrance. The security made sure that people didn't block the passages. We came with our baby, on a carrier because strollers are not allowed indeed. So plan ahead. All in all we enjoyed it.

Admission was very easy and there was no waiting. But it was somewhat disappointing that only the galleries were accessible, and even then, access to the edges of the galleries was restricted. Structural work is being carried out with large scaffolding in the center of Hagia Sophia. The admission price is excessive for what you get to see.

The skip-the-line ticket for Hagia Sophia was useless because there was no line. We didn't receive the audio guide. The basilica is undergoing renovation and is a construction site, so we'll have to come back to see it in all its glory.

Easy access, no waiting and cue. Smooth entering, just only showing the 3D code on the smart phone. If possible, it's better that one 3D code can be covered multiple person entrance. I have to say that your support team is perfect. Quick and proper response was helpful. I especially appriciate Megan's support. If possible, " DATE" on the cheket is going to be changed "Purchased date", so that it may reduce the confusion more.

Easy access with this ticket. Nothing more. The place is partly neglected. The possibility to see the interior only from the gallery insufficient.
