Since I bought my ticket through Headout, I didn’t have to wait in line in the heat; I headed straight to the entrance and got in with ease. However, I forgot to bring my headphones. That said, there were plenty of guides on hand to help, so I didn’t really miss having the headset. Since I knew that Hagia Sophia is now a mosque where people pray, I’d brought a scarf with me—it came in very handy. I also didn’t wear shorts or sleeveless tops, so I didn’t have to use the cover-ups they provide.

Had an excellent experience . The staff was very helpful. My husband went inside but had to return back outside so he couldn't come back and didn't have a chance to see it but ultimately spoke with the manager and time was so limited and he let the whole family go in again . I can't remember his name but was a awesome person .

Quick and easy to get inside. Unfortunately the Hagia Sofia under reconstruction when we are there. Thats why we cant see the whole outside miracle of the building. But inside was amazing!

The local partner changed the ticket delivery method from online to on-site delivery. However, the communication wasn't clear enough, so I had to write to support multiple times to receive the online tickets, which weren't appearing in the app or in subsequent emails sent by Headout. Only after many emails (and a lot of time wasted) was I contacted on WhatsApp by the partner to receive instructions. This way, a system designed to avoid stress and worry turned into a major inconvenience.
