- The Blue Route (single-decker panoramic bus) departs first from Old Town Square at 9:37am and from Republic Square 3 (CS Information Kiosk) at 9:47am, with the last departures at 4:07pm and 4:17pm; buses run every 30 minutes and the tour duration is 90 minutes.
- The Red Route (double-decker bus) departs first from Main Train Station at 10:35am, with the last departure at 4:35pm; buses run every 60 minutes and the tour duration is 60 minutes.
- Bus arrival and departure times may be delayed slightly due to traffic.
- Multi-language audio guides are available in 25 languages on both the bus and the boat.
