The evening begins with you meeting with your certified local guide at the designated spot in Ginza, Tokyo’s renowned luxury district. After a brief introduction, your guide will lead you to a hidden high-end steakhouse, where your culinary adventure begins. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure a prompt departure, as the tour starts on time.

What to expect

This experience unfolds in three distinct culinary stages, each offering a unique taste of Japanese tradition and hospitality.

Sake tasting session: Start with 30 minutes of all-you-can-drink sake, sampling over 20 varieties sourced from Nara, the birthplace of sake. Your guide will help you explore different flavor profiles, including sweet, dry, and rich, so you can discover your personal favorite.
