Begin your adventure at Fabrique des Lumières, a digital art centre located in Amsterdam's Westergasfabriek. Present your ticket at the main entrance, complete a quick check-in, and head into the exhibition space for your experience.

Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

The venue is fully accessible for wheelchair users and offers accessible restroom facilities.

Two wheelchairs are available on site and are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Visitors who require assistance may bring one companion free of charge. Please arrange this in advance.

Seating is limited and includes 40 standard seats along with a small number of folding stools.

Due to loud audio and dynamic lighting effects, the experience is not recommended for children under 3 years old.

The experience runs for approximately 50 minutes.

The narration is delivered in English and supported with Dutch subtitles.

Opening hours are 2pm - 4:55pm from Monday to Thursday and Sunday, and 2pm - 7:55pm on Friday and Saturday.

Entry is valid only for the selected date and time. Late arrivals may enter up to 30 minutes after their scheduled time, except for the final session of the day.

Recommended for guests aged 6 and above.

Suitable for all ages. Children under 5 must hold a free ticket.
