St. Peter's Basilica is a stunning and immense work of art; every corner is magnificently decorated, and it is the largest basilica in all of Italy. We took the elevator to skip the first 200 steps leading up to the dome, and then we climbed more than 300 steps to reach the top and admire the view—it was well worth it. The stairs are very narrow and sometimes follow the dome’s slope, but they give you a real sense of the architecture of this masterpiece. Headout is always top-notch—easy entry and an audio guide.

Apart from having to call at the last minute to get the tickets sent to my email, everything went well and the platform is quick and easy to use. Excellent experience, skip the line was brilliant and made it all that much better. Views from the dome fantastic, however be aware the walk up the steps is very challenging towards the end.

The guide was very good! It would have been great if there had been a note that the waiting time for the elevator needs to be taken into account—this is especially important for planning subsequent bookings. Furthermore, the meeting point should be described better.

The tour was awesome!! Thanks to the tickets we bought in advance, we were able to get into the basilica and take the elevator without waiting in line at all. It took us 3 hours instead of the whole day we had expected. Thank you so much

The organization was very good. We were notified of the change in admission time via email and WhatsApp: +1:...we even spontaneously received a ticket for earlier admission at the meeting point....The wait time to enter the Basilica was only about 35 minutes. The rule that men must wear long pants or “knee-covering” clothing is a joke...regular Bermuda shorts are fine for men too...no one follows this rule, and no one was turned away either....my husband “followed the rule”.... ...at 37°C, it was almost unbearable ☹️....we’re just “too German”🤷🏼‍♂️
