This tour was fantastic. Melvil, our guide, met us right at the Metro stop, and we lucked out that it was just us and one other couple. We get an extremely informative tour that explained a ton of interesting things we otherwise wouldn't have learned, and he was engaging and funny throughout. Would highlight recommend vs waiting in line and doing a self guided tour, in my opinion. Worth it just for the line skip alone but the tour was truly fantastic

Chrystal was our guide for the Notre Dame guided tour. She was prompt, very knowledgeable, and had so many pictures on her I-Pad to show us what Notre Dame looked like before the devasting fire. She is very enthusiastic about her job. After we arrived home, we recommended her to our friends going to Paris in October. She is truly a gem!

My rating was done by mistake ! It should be ZERO ! The payment been taken 48hrs before the tour, agent contacted me less than 24hrs before the tour started that they didn't received enough participants and offering me another day instead ??? I've reached out to Headout and been advised that they will investigate this matter and will let me know within next 18hrs 🤣, which would leave me with no time to do any changes during my Paris stay. I've requested to cancel the tour and choose different agent. Not happy with initial booking
