We had such a great experience visiting the Intrepid Museum with family! Using Headout made the entire process so easy and convenient. Our entry was incredibly smooth, and we had no issues getting in, which made the start of our visit completely stress-free. Once inside, we had so much fun exploring the museum together. There was so much to see and experience, and it ended up being a really fun and memorable family outing. I would definitely recommend both the Intrepid Museum and using Headout for an easy, hassle-free experience!

It was the second time we have been to Intrepid and again it did not disappoint. Coupled with Fleet Week and all the associated stands, our time there passed too quickly. Although the weather was not too great, rain after all the sunshine, there was plenty to do inside the ship. It was wonderful to see the tall ships along the quayside. Everybody was so friendly.

Definitely not a place to miss . It's really well organized , lots to see and learn from , the submarine tour was my favorite . The top hangar was also excellent , the space Centre was great . Great to go with your kids . They had such a great time and also learned a lot ....

Headout is awesome! The interface works so user friendly, and I could save some bucks with the discounts as well. What else would I need. Also, I can now explore more based on suggestions from Headout. I love it.

El recorrido nos llevó a un viaje al pasado. Fue muy interesante y grato el recorrido por las escaleras hacia los niveles y observar las instalaciones tan cuidadas. Estoy convencida de regresar con amigos.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that selfie sticks, tripods, and professional photography equipment are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Safety is a priority so access to the Growler is restricted for guests under the height of 1m (3.28ft).

Strollers, large bags, and backpacks are not permitted on the Growler.

Accessibility

This experience is mostly wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. However, the submarine, gun tubs, anchor chain room, captain's bridge.

Trigger warning: Areas inside the Growler are narrow and may not be suitable for visitors with claustrophobia.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

The Space Shuttle Pavilion is closed until March 25 for the installation of a new exhibit, When We Went to the Moon. This exhibit opens March 25 and runs until September 2.
