The Hop On Bus Tour is really great. There are two routes: the red and blue lines. It also includes a boat ride on the Doura River and an evening tour for 48 euros. It’s not expensive, because the boat ride alone costs 20 euros if you book it separately.

A great option if you want to explore Porto. I recommend the red route. The blue route gave us a chance to buy jackets at El Corte Inglés that we hadn’t brought with us because it was cold. In conclusion, doing both routes will give you great memories of Porto. And finally, I recommend the Six Bridges cruise; if you like wine, go for the one with wine tasting.

In, Porto, we were staying in Gaia. Once we figured out that we had to be in the Porto side of the river, we found the red li e bus stop. We stayed on the bus for the entire ride and saw beautiful old and modern neighborhoods. We also drive along the Atlantic Ocean, beautiful. The six bridges cruis was on time, every 30 minutes, informative and smooth. Today we will try the blue line and will hop on it on the Gaia side of the river.

Excellent choice. We've walked all over the city, taken wonderful photos, and gotten on and off wherever we wanted. Plus, the boat ride on the Douro River was spectacular. We're continuing today!!!

I like that it was hop on hop off, but there needs to be more audio, more information about what you're seeing. There was so much Fado music playing through the audio set that a few people on the bus thought it must be broken. There was no history given, hardly any narrative. They didn't even number the stops properly. They said stop 4 goes to Gaia and they skipped 4 and went from 3 to 5. They didn't skip the stop, they just had it numbered as 5. We didn't know this and we asked after and the driver said, yeah, they don't have the right number on it! Then fix it! Don't let this happen to other people! The 3 stars is for the bus and some information, but I would not recommend this as an activity to do.
