We had James who was extremely knowledgeable, full of information and gave us a good laugh. It was such a nice day & really enjoyed every moment. Didn't once feel rushed on the tour, felt like there was plenty of time at each spot and really got to know all about Melbourne, Penguins and the good that the sanctuary does. Highly recommend

I liked how informative and helpful the guide was. He treated us very professionally but also in a friendly way. What I would like to point is that there is needed to be more specific about the pick up location and let the person know in advance. If there's changes I would like to be aware of it beforehand.
