The zoo is amazing with many animals to spot. A must go spot with kids. Also thanks to Headout team support for considering the Holiday Inn stay partial refund even after the zoo visit was completed. However, the AI agent Skyler on customer care must be trained further for special questions like the case I had.

It was a shame that it rained the day we came to the zoo. The animals hidden in warm places. When I came heremany years ago an arena was at the top tier on the hill. Ardvark and raptors demonstrated . Plastic Dinosaurs. Not for us pensioners. We wanted to see live animals. Only saw goats .penquins. mercats. . A shame as we will never make it there again. Took 7 hrs.by train to get to Edinburgh from our house. Ok for small kids !

Today has truly been a wonderful experience. I’ve visited many zoos before, but this one has instantly become my favourite. Every part of the visit was enjoyable, but seeing the penguins was definitely the highlight—they were absolutely adorable and really made my day special. The atmosphere here is fantastic and I felt really welcome throughout my visit. There are still so many things I’d love to try, so I’m already looking forward to coming back and enjoying even more of what you have to offer. Had a wonderful solo adventure at the Edinburgh Zoo! Despite the rain, I got to see many animals up close. Some were snuggly tucked away in the enclosures, and I was pleased to know they were nice and dry! Such a beautiful Zoo, laid out so easily to navigate. Seeing the Giraffes at the very top, paired with the gorgeous view overlooking Edinburgh, made my trip magical! Headout made trip planning a breeze. Great price, easy ticket access, and streamlined website were just a few of the perks. Will definitely book again when in town!

It was such a great experience, the animals are treated so well and all staff is amazing. I found it so amazing how they know each and every animals name, needs, mannerisms. It was amazing to see how well they worked one on one with each animal. I felt it was more of a sanctuary than a zoo. We just have the pleasure to see all the animals l. We took Three-line, one day option after having been in Edinburgh multiple times since 1969. Used two of the lines (blue and red), and found the audio commenentary excellent. It gave us the most complete sense of the city's historical and geographical layout we have ever had.
