The tour was interesting and packed with facts. The guide's commentary began right from the meeting point and lasted 1.5 hours. We were allowed to go up to the top of the dome on our own, and we got there just as visiting hours for individual visitors had apparently ended, because at one point there were only a few of us up there. On the way back down under the dome, I was completely alone and could take my time taking everything in. All in all, it was that rare occasion when you got even more than you expected.

The ticket grants fast-track entry (with a maximum 15-minute wait) to the dome—offering a fantastic view of the city and, above all, a chance to view the painting inside—as well as quick, hassle-free access to other monuments. While the ticket can officially be purchased for half the price at the official sales point, doing so requires planning weeks in advance. For us, this was the only way to see what we wanted without wasting hours standing in line.

Debra was great, the communication was great, very knowledgeable and enjoyable The baptistery was interesting with lots of history. The museum was the same. How they learn all this is fantastic. The climb was amazing at the top, so very beautiful. Would definitely recommend. I did miss the bell tower but the vier over to it was great as well

Beautiful—but that climb is no joke! Climbing Brunelleschi’s Dome was an incredible experience and definitely something we’ll never forget. The views from the top are absolutely breathtaking, and being inside the dome and seeing the incredible artwork up close is amazing. Would I recommend doing it once? Absolutely!

Everything was very well organized. We entered on time, right at the scheduled hour. The climb is a bit tough, but it's totally worth it. That dome and those views are well worth the effort!
