• Outside food and drinks: Outside food and drinks are not allowed on board.

• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the cruise.

• Check-in point: Check in at the Unicorn Cruise counter at ICONSIAM Pier 4.

• Check-in time: Check in from 5:45pm to 6:45pm.

• Boarding time: Boarding is from 7pm to 7:15pm.

• Cruise timing: The cruise runs from 7pm to 9pm.

• Return point: Disembark at ICONSIAM Pier 4 at around 9pm.

• Same-day booking: Standard seating must be booked before 5pm on the same day. Upper deck seating must be booked before 3pm Thai time.

• Upper deck seating: Upper deck seating is limited to 10 seats per day and is not guaranteed. If unavailable, alternative seating will be assigned.

• Child policy: Children aged 0 to 3 years join free of charge.

• Child pricing: Children aged 4 to 10 years are charged the child rate.

• Birthday benefit: A free mini birthday cake is available for eligible guests celebrating their birthday month.

• Route changes: The cruising route may change without prior notice due to operational conditions.

• Booking validity: The provided ticket inventory is bookable until 30 December 2026.

• Special dates: The standard program does not apply to certain special-event dates, including Valentine's Day, Loy Krathong, Christmas, and New Year's Eve.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
