What to bring

• Voucher: Bring your mobile voucher and a valid passport for ticket redemption at the counter.

• Birthday cake: Bring your passport if claiming the complimentary mini birthday cake.

• Dietary requirements: The cruise cannot accommodate allergies, gluten intolerance, or vegetarian diets.

Additional information

• Check-in: Check in at the River Star Princess counter at River City Bangkok, Gate 1, Pier 1, near Starbucks, from 6pm to 7pm.

• Boarding: Arrive at the meet-up location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time.

• Departure: The cruise departs from River City Bangkok Pier 1 at 7:30pm.

• Cruise timing: The cruise runs from 7:30pm to 9:30pm and lasts 2 hours.

• Same-day booking: Same-day bookings must be made before 6pm Thai time.

• Upper deck seating: Upper deck seating is not guaranteed. If it is fully booked, customers will be assigned alternative seats.

• Birthday cake: Guests born in the travel month can request a complimentary mini birthday cake while booking.

• Child policy: Children aged 0–3 join free of charge. Children aged 4–10 are charged the child rate.

• Route changes: High water levels may require a slight route adjustment for bridge clearance, but the cruise duration and distance remain unchanged.

• Blackout dates: The cruise is unavailable on Loy Krathong, December 31, and February 14.

• Cancellation: Free cancellation is available at least 24 hours before the cruise. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals are non-refundable.

• Availability: If the selected option is unavailable, the booking may be cancelled and refunded.

• Pricing: Prices include 7% VAT.

• Ticket validity: The voucher is valid only on the selected visit date.

• Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages and personal expenses are not included.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
