Okura Japanese Kaiseki or Teppanyaki Dinner Cruise

What to bring

• Mobile ticket: Show your mobile ticket to the staff at the cruise.

• Dress code: Wear smart casual or cocktail attire. Shorts and flip-flops are not permitted.

Additional information

• Advance booking: Book your chosen menu at least 1 day before the cruise.

• Check-in: Check in from 6:30pm to 6:50pm at the Okura Cruise Welcome Lounge at Asiatique The Riverfront Pier 4.

• Boarding: Boarding starts at 7pm. Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.

• Departure: The cruise departs at 7:15pm and leaves strictly on time.

• Cruise duration: The cruise lasts approximately 3 hours.

• Return: The Kaiseki and Umi options return to Pier 4 at around 10pm. The Kawa option returns at around 10:15pm.

• Seating: Kaiseki guests are seated in the main hall, while Teppanyaki guests are seated at the Teppanyaki counter.

• Children: Kaiseki and Teppanyaki sets are available at 50% off the original price for children aged 4 to 11.

• Dietary requirements: Inform the team of allergies or dietary restrictions when booking. Guests who do not eat beef can receive Black Cod as an alternative.

• Special occasions: Inform the team when booking if you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion.

• Menu changes: Menus may change without prior notice based on seasonal ingredients.

• Additional orders: Additional orders are subject to government tax and a 10% service charge.

• Corkage: Bringing your own bottle incurs a corkage fee of THB 2,000++ per bottle.

• Reservation issues: Contact the cruise directly if your preferred time or group size is unavailable.

• Cancellation: Tickets are non-refundable.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
