Beautiful views, an atmospheric ambiance, very friendly and attentive waiters and, above all, excellent service. 👍 Unfortunately, due to heavy traffic, we couldn't arrive at our hotel on time, meaning we were in danger of missing our boat. Despite the fact that we only contacted them 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, they helped us without any hassle and completely free of charge by moving our reservation to another evening. We were particularly pleasantly surprised by this flexibility and customer-friendliness. This is a level of service you don't find everywhere, and we highly appreciated it. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us!

The servers weren't very sociable, though they were certainly very busy. The dinner was good, but there was a bit of a mix-up because the main course I ordered never arrived, so I ended up taking another dish meant for someone else, but it was good. The show was varied, but some improvements would be welcome. The trumpeter was excellent. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

Great tour. However, €120 for a photo album was way too overpriced. We were only told the price after the photos had been taken and developed. That's why I'm deducting one star.

Everything was just perfect! I especially loved the delicious food, the beautiful sights, and the pleasant atmosphere. The staff was extremely nice and attentive.
