What I liked most was the feeling of sailing along the Bosphorus while the city lights sparkled all around. The show with the dancers was incredible, full of energy and excitement, really drawing you into the atmosphere. The food was exquisite, and every detail made the experience feel special. It was a magical night, the kind you remember and want to repeat.

The overall experience is good. The food is average, and unlimited drinks are subject to the waiter's discretion. They try to sell you the photos they take. The show is good. The boat isn't very big, but it's clean. We requested a baby seat that never arrived.

A great way to start our trip in Istanbul, we book for our dinner for our first day in town and was also Christmas Eve and it was spectacular. The entertainment was very diverse, super cool, and it turn into a party, what a great time we had. The prices were very good and the food was great. The service was a outstanding. The cruise was very interesting as we went far into the Asian side and you can see beautiful Istanbul at night time. A must do, super recomended ! I book the rest of the tour in our trip in other cities with Headout! Super easy

The experience was overall great, the food was nice, the show was amazing and the music at the end made for great vibes. I take one star away because some of the staff were like rushing to get everything off your table and the vibes it gives is as if you are in the way of them cleaning and they have better things to do. Also (not the organisers fault) people were constantly getting up, moving around as if they can't sit down for 2-3 hours peacefully. In the narrow space inside it really is annoying considering you also have a big staff.

The actual cruise was really good and fun. But as a disabled person I booked the cruise confirming with the cruise people if it was wheelchair accessible which they said it was but it wasn't. I have mobility issues and climbing stairs. There was stairs to go down and also a step to go up which was very scary due to me being unbalanced as it is. All the staff were very helpful and we made it on. Coming off I was so nervous nearly fell down but we did it with all the help of everyone and my husband. I would advise please get some secure stairs or a ramp which connects to the ship. It was a very scary experience me getting on and off. The cruise was amazing food was lovely. Lovely ambience overall had a great time after over coming the fear of getting on :)

Everything went very well for the visit to Dolmabahçe Palace with the audio guide. I recommend it! It's superb. However, I had opted for the dinner cruise with a PRIVATE table, and when we arrived, we were seated at a large table, which was not what I had booked. We were offered another seat, but still at a large table... I insisted, showing them the terms of my reservation, and we were finally given a private table, but at the very end of the boat, not in a very good position to see the show. We had to stand up to watch it. The meal was simple and adequate. The room was very noisy. We were therefore disappointed with the service.

The show was really nice and the waiter really helpful! But some dishes didn't come and the main course is poor. Dervish dance never happened and that was the reason we booked it. But we had a good time. Just it was not what we pay for.
