Present your e-ticket, printed or on your mobile phone, at the Prague National Museum complex. After security, leave any backpacks or luggage larger than 40 × 30 × 20 cm and umbrellas in the cloakroom before moving into the exhibition areas. If needed, you can request golf carts, walkers, or wheelchairs at no extra cost.

Your ticket covers the Museum Complex, with access to current and long-term exhibitions across the Historical Building and New Building, except the Czech Press Photo exhibition and Children's Museum.
