A minimum of 2 participants is required for the tour to operate; if not met, the tour may be rescheduled or refunded.

Children under 3 years old can join the tour for free; ages 4–8 receive a 30% discount; ages 9 and above pay the adult price.

The tour is conducted in both English and Spanish.

If you're traveling with infants, please mention their exact age when booking to have a child seat arranged for the bus.

If you have dietary requirements or allergies, inform the operator at the time of booking and at check-in.

If you are unable to keep up with the group during walking tours, the guide will provide a meeting point in each city, and you can spend some free time there until pickup.

If you choose a tour without lunch, you'll have free time to grab a meal at your own expense.
