CoupleVerified bookingMay 20265/5The tour itself was incredible and absolutely worth it. However, the information on the Headout website contradicted what the actual provider told us on the ground, and when I contacted chat support to clarify, the agents had no real knowledge of the tour and only confirmed the wrong information. I nearly traveled to Zurich unnecessarily because of this. Headout needs to coordinate properly with their providers and train their support team to actually know the tours they sell. Great experiences shouldn't be put at risk by avoidable confusion.LLov K
