Our tour guide on the bus and in Salzburg were excellent, and the bus driver made us feel very safe on the road. It was a nice visit to Hallstadt and Salzburg. We considered taking the train and figuring it out ourselves but I'm glad to have had a guided tour.

The bus was right on time at every location, good organisation but I would have appreciated a little more than 30 minute stop at Melk, and a bit shorter in Hallstatt but maybe that's just me. The guide Olga has a strong accent and it was hard for me to follow what she was saying in English. Also the content could be a little more structured and engaging to keep the attention of the group. And finally, in Salzburg the listening devices were not working properly, many people in the group could not listen to the local guide.

I really enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Alexander, shared a lot of interesting facts about Austria and the cities we visited. Our driver, Gennady, drove the bus flawlessly. The only disappointment was that we had very little time in Salzburg.
