The Cathedral iself is awesome, of course. That's why we are here. And in the event, the ticketing and entrance to it was just fine, as there was no queue to skip so 'skip-the-line' was unneceaasry'. Two hours later there was a HUGE queue, being carefully policed. See emails for my problem acessing tickets however. Your App is not easy and intuitive to use. The Audioguide was a complete washout, as it reqired a "Validation Code" to function and nowhere on the ticket nor your communications, app, or emails to me was there such a number. Obvious or not. Thus we had no other guidance during our visit than the heavily theological propaganda of the Catholic establishment.

The amount of oppulance is overwhelming. I visited 10 years age, and it is still staggering beyond my imagination. The architecture and craftsmanship today cannot compare to this (mathematical genius). Workers with minimal tools but devoted in great faith created one of the greatest cathedrals world over.

The critical insights about the great palace were not all accurate, our tour guide made two mistakes and I had to correct him

Easy to book. Good correspondence & general information regarding pick up etc.
Meeting point was a little tricky to find, since it sounds & reads like it’s at a ‘Plaza’, but it’s a tour office in a road.
The driver picked us up on time, after
we had been notified via WhatsApp & email of a change of time, due to roadworks.
Once we arrived the driver walked with us to check in for the hike.
We then collected our helmets & were introduced to our guide, who was helpful, informative & patient with those anxious about heights.
The walk itself was spectacular with many breathtaking views & photo opportunities.
We throughly enjoyed the trip & would do it again in a heartbeat.

Our guide was outstanding and was very interactive with the group answering individual questions and giving time for discussion. I would highly recommend booking a tour with Alberto.
