Day Trips from Amsterdam

I recently embarked on a half-day guided tour to Zaanse Schans and Volendam, which offered a delightful glimpse into the traditional Dutch countryside. The tour commenced with a visit to Zaanse Schans, renowned for its iconic windmills and historical architecture. The service was good, it was kind of difficult to discover that I had to enter the "This is Holland" building to check-in, however I had a beautiful day.

Although I went at the end of the season, everything is lovely and wonderful. Everything is very organized, clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. Holland being Holland...
