So I visited the London eye for the first time with someone special, and I must say that I do not regret any moment of it. I was first scared when I got there and saw the huge crowd lined up waiting to get in, however the staffs organisation, respect and communication got everyone moving and I had the best experience. Getting into our should I say our allocated pod, it was exquistely clean and well air conditioned which made our experience more enjoyable despite the hot weather. All through the experience, we were communicated with and made comfortable and I could see all measures were taken for our safety too. Getting to the highest peak, I so much appreciated the view and it all made sense why it was called the London Eye, as I could see almost everything. It was so beautiful and alluring. The members of staff were very friendly, and I really appreciated the fact that we were encouraged to take a picture which I so much fell in love with. I was so engrossed with the view and taking everything in my memories that I didn't remember to take any pictures. The souvenirs were so lovely and had a very good quality and content to them, and since my experience, I have always found myself looking at them every now and then. Finally, I say a big kudos to the booking site used as they were the first point of contact and made the whole experience an easy and memorable one. I did love to visit again at night time🥰

7/6/26 We arrived early to check out waiting times and luggage storage as we were told you couldn't take bags. This is not the case, a very welcoming gentleman explained this to us and and after a brief conversation we were upgraded to almost immediate entry and for just £10 tickets for Sea Life, which we had 90 days to use. His customer service was first class. I recommend going early, we were there just before 11am and with the earlier entry we were ahead on our day by a full half hour. It's definitely one of thee to do things on your trip to London. Fantastic views of almost every landmark. Would recommend this to anyone.

My visit to the London Eye was fantastic! The service from the Headout team was impeccable, ensuring a smooth and quick entry that made everything stress-free. The panoramic view of London in the clear midday light was absolutely breathtaking and offered the perfect perspective of the city. The highlight for our family was sharing that moment together in the capsule; watching my children’s faces light up with excitement as they spotted famous landmarks like Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament from high above made it an unforgettable experience for all of us. Highly recommended!

Booking through Headout was quick and hassle-free. The tickets were delivered instantly, entry to the London Eye was smooth, and everything matched the booking details. The views from the top were absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of our UK trip. Brilliant Service and staff were excellent - Took my Auntie to the London Eye for her 80th birthday... and I forgot to download tickets! This was sorted out very quickly, professionally and the team were so pleasant it made out day.. the London Eye experience was excellent. Have downloaded the app and already looking for our next adventure 😁

I'm visiting from the USA with my two 16 year old sons. I had three surprises lined up for them and the London Eye was the first and it did not disappoint. It was spectacular with incredible views of London. My boys were beaming from the start to finish. We have many great photographs that we will cherish forever.

Er stond vooraf wel een enorm lange rij buiten maar de toegang verliep alsnog snel en soepel. Eenmaal binnen is iedereen ook heel behulpzaam. De musical zelf was zeer zeker de moeite waard. Goede acteurs en erg goede muziek en zang. Alleen omdat sommige scènes zich ook wat hoger afspeelde konden wij niet alles goed zien vanaf onze plek redelijk achterin de zaal. We keken tegen een plafond aan van het "balkon" boven ons. Maar alsnog een fantastische avond gehad.

The London Eye itself is a terrific experience. From high above, the views of the Thames, the Houses of Parliament, the Big Ben and various govt buildings as well as several bridges are absolutely brilliant! The only reaon I gave a 4 rating and not 5 is that the entry process takes too long. I had to wait at least 45 minutes before my turn came. If you have a capacity constraint, then restrict the number of tickets you issue in each time slot
