I had the most incredible time at the famous Palais Garnier! I was able to see all of the opulent rooms and wander the grand staircase without any problems or crowds. The view was spectacular and I could see why the venue is as renowned as it is. I cannot wait to revisit in the future.

Everything was great, thanks! The payment process was quick and easy. The tickets were sent to my email. The only downside is that there’s no option to get a free ticket for a child—we ended up paying the adult price. At the opera house entrance, they didn’t even check the tickets; they just told the child they didn’t need one.

The tour is nice, it's beautiful, and there were no issues getting in with the tickets. However, I recommend getting the audio guide or a tour guide, because the place is huge and you end up just looking around without really understanding the history—it's a bit all over the place.

The opera is very beautiful, even if it is expensive for what it ultimately has to offer. As for the ticket, I ran into some trouble at the entrance because I received two emails with tickets—one with a QR code and one with a barcode—and when I tried to scan the QR code, it didn’t work. Fortunately, after a few tries, the barcode worked. I wasn’t able to listen to the included audio guide because it wasn’t on the app, and I couldn’t figure out where the link was to access it (one of the emails said the link would be sent via email, but I never saw it).
