The experience was amazing, views from the top of the Eiffel Tower are really tremendous. Lifts were full, so not a lot of space. I would definitely recommend going up to the summit for a really amazing experience. Only downside was trying to find the agent and the guide, due to problems of losing my friend, while trying to find the guide, we ended up doing the visit separately from each other, without the guide, and my friend had to repay entrance fee, due to time limit on the ticket.

The guide was really friendly and great. It's a shame we couldn't book the climb to the top. We could have gone up, but we would have had to pay for the entire ticket again, and when we booked, the option for the summit wasn't available.

A very informative, entertaining tour that—thanks to the tour guide’s experience—stayed right on schedule despite the very high number of visitors (on a Tuesday afternoon in early August). Without a tour guide, we definitely wouldn’t have made it to the second floor—let alone the top of the tower—by the end of the day, given the huge crowds lining up everywhere ;) So: Highly recommended.

The meeting place is great. The guide was very friendly and efficient; he spoke English and Spanish perfectly. We got in with almost no wait. He dropped us off on the second floor and gave us tickets for the boat that we could use any day. Of course, the best time is at sunset, followed by seeing the Eiffel Tower lit up at night.

It was my first time in Paris. I did appreciate the guidence, although I felt it was a given very fast. The meeting place could have been closer to the tower. I love the Siene tour. I feel is the best way to get a full picture of all the places in Paris.

We had no trouble finding the meeting point with the guide and were able to take the tour on time. We were pleased with the guide’s storytelling and warmth. The Sen River tour was a lot of fun. The 6:30 p.m. tour time was the right choice for August.

I enjoyed the tour guide very much. He was polite and very informative. He spoke many languages tomorrow ensure everyone was aware of the history. The downside of the tour was that the top of the Eiffel Tower was closed and I paid money to see the city from the top. I am still waiting for reimbursement for that right now. I was also quite disappointed about the Seine River portion. I was unable to use the voucher before and when I attempted to use it by the river there was no one to help instruct me where to go. I noticed there were a million people shoved into the boat and it wouldn't look so enjoyable. Either way I could not use the voucher and I left the the country without utilizing it. I am quite disappointed with those two items. I hope someone can contact and help me with the reimbursement from the missed too floor of the tower due to the heat. We upgraded to the summit and paid the guide directly. Only afterwards did we realize that they had doubled the ticket price; it would have been fine if they had accompanied us up and told us more, but that wasn't the case... for this reason, I am not giving it 5 stars. Nothing bad to say about the cruise, it was very beautiful and above all convenient because you can go whenever you want during the day.
