Check whether your ticket is dated or flexible before purchase. A fixed-date ticket works best if your travel plan is set, while a flexible option is more useful if weather or transport could change your visit day.

The park is organized around a central lake, which is why many first-time visitors plan their route zone by zone instead of backtracking across the whole site.

Printed e-tickets and mobile barcodes are scanned at the turnstiles here, and on-site ticket offices serve walk-up purchases or voucher exchanges when required. Expect bag checks or visual security screening before or at the turnstiles. Queues are longest around opening, especially on weekends and during holidays, then usually ease once the first entry rush has passed. The approach from parking is step-free, and the entrance has side gates for wheelchairs and strollers.
