This was a trip for my nine year-old grandson and so are we wanted to make it memorable and so we selected the meet and greet and astronaut and it was definitely memorable small group setting very informative Q&A session the signed picture the coin the little bit of breakfast it was well worth the money and the smile and the sheer look of awe in my grandson's face and eyes was priceless.

The exhibits were put together nicely. I would've left 5 stars but some of the staff were unfriendly and it took us a long time to find the lockers as they aren't indicated on any map and the employee we asked didn't know where they were located.

The service was great. First time riding. We flew to Orlando and took train to Miami. We enjoyed the smooth ride. Counter staff was very helpful as were workers at entrance. My friend ordered snacks and cards. The cards were not available and the person that delivered the snacks apologized and she received her refund promptly. Was very easy once we got to Miami to get to our hotel.

Using Headout was easy so I give them 5 stars. Once you get your entry card when visiting the first park the rest is easy. My opinions of Disney, however, are less than stellar and I'm thinking that this is not the correct site to air those grievances.
