Our tour guide Andy was passionatwe about the history of Prague as well as making sure tourists like us have the best expiernce by pointing out common tourist traps and scams. Her tour was very infromative and she was able to anwser any questions we had. Ater the tour she was very helpful proividing reocmnedations on places to have dinner and cafes.

It was a great experience. We had a short time in Prague. We quickly bought tickets online, received paper tickets when meeting with a representative at Prague Castle. The audio guide provided helped us get to know the sights. So we got a skip-the-line tour with a maximum of pleasant impressions.

I don't need to talk about the beauty of Prague Castle, this is indisputable. I want to mention customer service. I got a ticket for a wrong date. Within a minute my ticket was exchanged. It was actually mind blowing. I found Prague in general provides exceptional customer service.

Great day at the castle but be sure to check the schedule as the palace was closed (thru Sept 18) in preparation for an exhibit of the Bohemian Crown Jewels. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed the day. The complex is massive and well worth the trip.

Our host, I think it was Christina, was incredibly helpful and did the 20 min introduction to the castle complex in such an interesting and humourous way that one wants to go back for more. Excellent and thank you so much!

The tour covered everything that was necessary, the guide was very explicit and the descriptions of each point of interest were succinct and easy to remember, congratulations to the guide for presenting the tour!!!!

Compramos las entradas en línea, el día programado fuimos y el personal de la empresa nos entregó en el lugar indicado los tickets y contraseñas en el Castillo de Praga. Son confiables. El Castillo es muy bonito, es una gran experiencia conocer la vida en la época medieval, lo recomiendo.

Prague castle was lovely!! I really enjoyed the tour. The castle was beautiful and the service was excellent. It was easy to find the tour guides and the tickets worked perfectly. The food up there was also great.

The representative will exchange your voucher for the ticket to the Prague castle interiors (you can not enter the interiors with the voucher only) and give you a 20-minute-long introduction.

The ticket is valid for 2 days (as per option selected, from the day you receive it) and it includes one entry to every attraction from Circuit B (Old Royal Palace, Basilic of St. George, Golden Lane, and St. Vitus Cathedral)
