Niagara Falls was a place on my bucket list, so was important to be memorable. The tour with Niagara Falls Canada: Guided Tour with Hornblower Cruise & Journey Behind the Falls mad that possible. It was exciting to walk with our tour guide Lubnah and get valuable details on the city and what makes it so special. He did an amazing job with keeping a good walking pace while interacting with the group with the city details, fun little quizzes, and nice conversations. Also, the attraction of the waterfalls, being in the cave to see multiple views and perspective was worth the experience. There was a lot of smiles, excitement, and enjoyment on the cruise getting closer and closer to the waterfall and even interact with others. The staff did a good job getting us on and off the boat in a timely fashion with no injuries or accidents. This was definitely a experience worth participating in.

I really enjoyed having Mateen as our tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming, and he made the experience much more enjoyable. He was happy to answer our questions and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the tour. As far as the tour itself is concerned, I especially enjoyed the boat tour. It was a great experience and definitely one of the highlights for me. The only downside was the huge lines, which made the wait quite long, but once we were on the boat, it was absolutely worth it. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend the tour, especially with Mateen as the guide.

I’d been wanting to see the falls for a while, but I kept hearing discouraging comments saying they were just ordinary waterfalls; however, the package I chose was great and comprehensive, since it involved more than just seeing a waterfall— hearing the stories of people who dared to jump into the falls and being able to see the waterfall from the tunnels really lets you grasp its magnitude and appreciate the beauty of nature. I’d definitely visit them again and take the tour once more!!

Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this. Yours like this can be a bit hit & miss. But I was really impressed. We had an amazing time touring Niagara Falls with our guide, Johnny D, who did an incredible job taking us through the Skylon Tower, Journey Behind the Falls, and the boat cruise where of course, we ended up getting completely soaked by the Falls What really made the experience special was Johnny’s knowledge of the history of Niagara Falls. I was there with my wife’s family, who are visiting from Mexico, and they were really curious about the history and significance of the Falls. For some of them, this was a dream come true, and Johnny did a fantastic job making the experience memorable for everyone. He was also extremely patient and understanding with our group, especially since we had some older family members with us and things naturally took a little longer than usual. Johnny never rushed us and still made sure everyone was having a great time. If you’re thinking about doing a Niagara Falls tour, I definitely recommend it and if you can, ask for Johnny D specifically! He’s fun, knowledgeable, patient, and clearly knows a thing or two about the history of the Falls. Plus, he has some great stories along the way. Thanks for an unforgettable day, Johnny!

The walk to each location on our stop was a easy walk, as we walk, Kevin gave us some information, which make it interesting as we go. The Hornblower cruise, goes right up close to the fall, you well get completely wet. I hundred percent recommend!

Before we even got to the falls, our guide gave us some great information regarding the area and how the falls came to be the attraction it now is. Behind the falls is a can't miss too (don't just do the boat ride). Once on the boat, the operator got us super close to the falls making for great photo opportunities.
