Children under 5 years old are not allowed, and no child may sit on a lap during the airboat ride.

The tour is not recommended for people with neck, back, or heart problems, or for pregnant travelers.

Outside food and drinks are not included, but a variety of snacks and beverages are available for purchase at the swamp.

Accessibility

The experience is not wheelchair or stroller accessible, and all passengers must be able to board the airboat without staff assistance.

The tour operates rain or shine, and ponchos are available for purchase at the swamp.
