The VIP champagne experience was first class. We took friends from Florida and they were beyond impressed. The air conditioned pods provided welcome respite from the summer heat. The views were spectacular and the champagne chilled to perfection - no long queues before we boarded either. The rep. Alex who accompanied us on the experience was so knowledgable. He pointed out all the sights and made the trip a real learning experience. Just excellent!

Wir hatten leider nicht die Gelegenheit unsere gekauften Tickets für das London Eye zu benutzen, da aufgrund von Problemen der Londoner Flughafen geschlossen wurde. Durch diese Umstände wurde die kostenfreie Stornierung nicht mehr möglich und dennoch hat der Betreiber aus Kulanz die Tickets erstattet! Ich möchte mich herzlich bedanken für das gezeigte Verhalten, wir werden den Besuch zeitnah nachholen!

Smooth entry, nice and cosy VIP lounge, friendly and helpful host. Just don't understand why you sell VIP experience from 10am, while The London Eye can't sell alcohol before 11:30? It doesn't make sense and may ruin someone's day Itinerary. We had to wait for an hour and come back by 11:15. Other than that all the rest was perfect.

My son and I were celebrating his birthday so I decided to book a champagne experience and what an amazing experience it was plus we had the pod to ourselves and the lovely Tilly who was full of very interesting information about the things we could see and she was just so lovely I will highly recommend this experience

Easy to get to site, took us right through a priority line to board the eye. We all had a nice glass of champagne and took some great photos and had wonderful memories! It all went too fast!! Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend the champagne experience at the London Eye! I initially only wanted fast track tickets, but they were sold out for my date so I got the champagne experience because it included fast track access. Recommend that Headout provides more accurate meeting info on the App for the champagne experience. I first went to the Fast Track line. We were actually supposed to go inside the building next to the Eye, then wait in the VIP lounge (which was lovely!). Our host for the experience, AJ, met us there, then took the 4 of us & the rest of our group (only 6 more people) through the crowds & security then to board the Eye. AJ served us champagne, took pics & provided some history. Wonderful experience all around!
