The process of Booking the Matina Gold Lounge was very easy and the process of using tickets stored in the app to enter the lounge was seamless. The lounge itself was very nice. It's worth it to pay more for the gold lounge than use the regular Matina Lounge.

The tickets really need to come with a clear barcode and be emailed via PDF. The website and app are very buggy and this can be unreliable with airport WiFi. Please make this a clear looking ticket that the lounge staff can understand what they're looking at.
