Does what it says on the ticket - skip the line! Download the free audio and walk around at your own pace. Got a bonus of Roman exhibition. You need to give yourself a good 3-4 hours in the Palace. We visited the Correr Museum later in the afternoon which was better, than doing it all at once.

Really enjoyed our booked tour for at marks basilica and doge's palace, your tour guide Rita was very informative and made historical facts interesting. She also was a very pleasant lady with a lovely attitude made us all laugh especially when trying to teach us all a little Italian.

We had an excellent tour of St Mark's Basilica and the Doge Palace. Our guide Francesca was excellent and gave us a good orientation to Venice, its history, cultural evolution and art history. I'd highly recommend this experience.

Quick and easy way to get tickets. I used it before in Acropolis and now in Venice and didn't have any problem and the main plus was avoiding lines.

Fue mi promer viaje a Europa/Italia y a Vencia, muy bien organoado la pagina de headout y las instrucciones para llegar y cambiar boletos. Palacio Ducal de Venceia muy hermoso, fue impresionante toda la riqueza cultural que uno puedo observar en el Palacio y las explicaciones que se proporcionan. Regresare en dos años a Venceia y al Palcio tambien.

A great visit. Unhurried and not too long. Visitor numbers were kept to a level where it did not feel crowded. We loved the water bus rides too.

actually meant to be a five star review but for some reason it went to 4 it was fantastic. It's well worth the money. I recommend you do it but be prepared for a rushed. Ending this quite a few stairs if you're older like us and unfortunately they don't go up or down them slowly so just take care but honestly, you will not get a better tour than this as a small group. The guide was amazing.. She was fantastic very knowledgeable and the amount of things we saw that people who weren't in a tour just walked past that were very important to know in the history was outstanding so yeah definitely worth the tour cheap as do it. Book it great company highly recommended.

La visita genial. El palacio precioso. La agencia NO tanto. Sacamos las entradas online, había la opción de comprarlas con audio guía pagando 1,95€ más y así hicimos. Tuvimos que ir a recogerlas a la agencia, hacer cola y esperar a que el equipo informático las descargara (20 minutos). La vista ya quedó para la tarde. Nos faltaban unos cascos y no tenían... Por otro lado en el propio palacio hay un código QR para escuchar el audio sin pagar nada. Nos sentimos TIMADAS

We enjoyed the tour of Doge's Palace very much! So beautiful and interesting. Only regret was missing some of the info. Tour guide talked fast so by the time we figured out what she was saying we missed some. She was very pleasant and had pics with her to share of the Old Doge so we could see how it had changed. St Mark's Basilica was so crowded and loud, hard to hear there and so many distracting people.
