My partner Rachel, our 10 month old daughter and I had an absolutely amazing time exploring Rome, and booking the Colosseum, Vatican and Pantheon combo through Headout made the whole experience even better! Travelling with a baby can sometimes be challenging, especially when visiting some of the busiest attractions in the world, but Headout made everything feel straightforward and well organised. The booking process was incredibly easy, all the information we needed was clearly explained, and having our tickets arranged in advance took away so much unnecessary stress. Each attraction was absolutely breathtaking in its own way. Walking through the Colosseum, experiencing the incredible beauty of the Vatican and stepping inside the historic Pantheon were unforgettable moments that we will treasure as a family. What really impressed us was how convenient everything was. We could concentrate on enjoying our holiday, taking photographs and making memories with our daughter rather than worrying about organising tickets. The combo was fantastic value for money and a brilliant way to experience three of Rome's most iconic landmarks. We would absolutely recommend Headout to anyone visiting Rome, especially families looking for a simple, enjoyable and memorable experience. Five stars from all three of us!

Buying and receiving the tickets for the Pantheon was all good. Getting into the Pantheon was tricky. We lined up to have our tickets validated to be told we needed to meet someone in front of the Legami shop across the square. The sign for Headout seemed to be attached to a phone box and was really quite small so not obvious where we should go. A very nice man did arrive after a few minutes and sorted out the tickets that we then needed to show the ticket person. He also helped us to find and download the audio. We then had to find the end of the queue again to have our tickets inspected. Again, no obvious signs other than a long queue of people as to where this was and there were easily thousands of people at this point. Maybe a high up sign with information on it about what tickets were accepted where would be helpful. Anyways, we got into the Pantheon but we could then not get the audio to work at all, this was quite disappointing.

Visiting the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel was an unforgettable experience. The entire visit was incredibly well organised, and the skip-the-line access made the experience much easier, especially with the large crowds. The museums are filled with breathtaking artwork, beautiful architecture, fascinating history and incredible details at every turn. The Sistine Chapel was definitely the highlight and seeing Michelangelo’s work in person was truly amazing. Our Headout booking process was simple and convenient, and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. We were able to enjoy the visit without worrying about tickets or long queues. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our Rome trip, and I would definitely recommend visiting the Vatican Museums and booking through Headout.

Weszliśmy rzeczywiście szybko i bez kolejki. Ale ta opcja jest dla tych, którzy świadomie chcą zapłacić dwa razy tyle, ile kosztuje bilet na oficjalnej stronie Watykanu. Należy sprawdzić jaka jest strona Watykanu, bo ta pokazała mi się również jako vaticanmusei. Jeśli odpowiednio wcześnie zaplanuje się wejście do muzeów, niestety tego nie zrobiłem i wkopałem się w ten koszt, to można zapłacić dużo mniej. Druga sprawa, jeśli ktoś jest przyzwyczajony do Włochów, to spóźnienie przewodników o pół godziny nie powinno stanowić problemu. Wejście mieliśmy na 8 rano, w oficjalnym mailu była informacja aby być 15 minut wcześniej, więc się spieszyliśmy, udało nam się przyjść nawet 7.40. Przewodnicy wyszli z bramy grubo po 8.15

Purchase and receipt of the tickets was very easy and of course the Colosseium was very, very impressive. Just one thing made it a little bit frustrating on the day and that was that we didn't really see any particular entrance to go to. That could have been us not paying attention, or it might be that it wasn't made clear on the information we had. As you can imagine, there are a huge number of people milling about and after waiting in one queue we were told to go to another which was a little bit annoying but did not detract from the visit overall. The audio guide worked well too and gave you some real insights into life within the Colosseum. Would definitely recommend and say it's a must do!

I liked skipping the line to get into the museum and the museums themselves are amazing. However, we did have to wait about 35 40 mins at the meet up spot ( we did get there about 25 min early). They say to be there 15 min before but it's hard to time it exactly. It was hot and crowded outside and they call you names alphabetically ( we are W). Then you follow a guide who moves pretty quickly with a large crowd following so we almost lost her. There's no regard as in a regular line as to who's been there first and waiting longer. I'm sure it was still a good bit shorter wait than without the skip the line tickets. It was helpful for getting through security because she told us exactly what to do. Once inside you are on your own. The first couple sculpture rooms are not crowded but once you get moving in the direction of the Sistine Chapel, it is very congested and there is no place to sit down or rest for those who need to. We were fine, but I saw some others who seemed to be struggling. Be prepared for a very long wait to actually get to the chapel. That's not a complaint, just a fact to be aware of. It was worth it, but it's helpful to be aware that the weight is very long once you're in. We were still glad we went and that we did the skip the line. It is amazing!

The skip the que is excellent at this time of year, ie. Arrived on the 10th October in rome, I had previously before arrival discovered the Headout app. Found my interest! And booked accordingly! Looking at the general ques, I was delighted, in fact, I made a comment just before the Sistine Chapel! The longest wait was infact to the ladies toilets! Don't be shy in talking your Camera out in the Vatican museum! Its the Sistine Chapel where you will be strictly ordered to turn your Camera off! And its understandable! Adhere to the standard! And your experience will be exceptional! Remember, your walking on the stones of Popes, And looking at artifacts of the Troy era. Thats BC.
