Go City Madrid Explorer Pass: Choose from 15+ Attractions

These tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking for verification at each attraction.

• Carry a smartphone or printed pass to present your digital Explorer Pass at each venue.

What’s not allowed

• The pass is non-transferable and cannot be shared between guests.

• Unused choices or partially used passes are not eligible for refunds.

• Entry is not permitted without a valid pass; separate attraction tickets are not included.

• Resale or duplication of the pass is strictly prohibited.

Accessibility

• Accessibility varies by attraction; not all included venues are wheelchair accessible.

Additional information

• The pass is activated upon first use and remains valid for 60 days from activation.

• You can visit each included attraction once per pass.

• Some attractions may require advance reservations; check the Go City app or website for up-to-date instructions.

• The pass is valid only for the number of choices purchased (3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 attractions).

• Lost or stolen passes cannot be replaced; keep your pass secure at all times.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
