Loved the entire experience. It was so systematic and organized, the entire process right from the entry to our fitness checks and the buzzer alarms felt so smooth and effortless. Plus all the instructors are so professional and fit and humble, it was easy to put our trust on them. Overall loved the activity, would do it nowhere else than here.

I like Dubai future show with the 3D even it's a few minutes but it's still very interesting.
In the top it's good experience when you step in the transparency glass looking down to the ground.

It was an once in a life time oppurtunity ... before you die do it ... less is more but this sky diving more i sless you can do it 1000 times but still it feels every time is a first time ... i enjoyed a lot .. it was in my bucket list for a very long time and finalyy i checked donr .. thank u skydive dubai for giving me such a wonderful experience and memory

Getting started
Start with whichever booking time you’ve chosen first. Keep a valid photo ID handy—both Burj Khalifa and the skydive require it. Expect standard entry checks at each venue before you head in.
What to expect
You ride one of the world’s fastest elevators up to the observation levels, with a multimedia presentation setting the scene on the way. Level 124 is built around wall-to-wall glass; Level 125 opens up with more space and an outdoor terrace.

What to expect

- Skydive Dubai Tandem Waiver and Insurance Policy form must be completed and signed by all participants
- Participants aged 70 years and above must fill out the Declaration of Fitness form signed and stamped by their doctor before arrival
- Staff will weigh you (with shoes and clothes on) at check-in
- Flights may not take place in poor weather conditions
- Final flight time slot may change by 60–90 minutes, depending on availability
- The selected timeslot during booking is the check-in time
- The entire experience might take up to 4 hours
- Eligibility limits apply: Women >90kgs/198lbs or BMI >27.5; Men >100kgs/220lbs or BMI >30 are restricted
Burj Khalifa At The Top Tickets: Levels 124 & 125
- Tickets are available at time slots of 30 minutes
- Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Free Wi-Fi is available at the premises
- Expect a considerable wait time at the ticketing queue and elevator queue
- Entry is only at the time slot chosen during checkout; once inside, you can stay as long as you like
- Children under 4 can enter the Burj Khalifa for free, but must have a ticket and be accompanied by an adult
Global Village Entry Tickets
- Entry gates close half an hour before the closing time
- This ticket is only an admission ticket; shopping, food, entertainment, rides, and shows are at your own cost
- Tickets are valid for a single entry between 15 Oct 2025 to May 10, 2026 (or such other designated season dates)
- Tuesday is reserved for Ladies, Families, and Couples (except Public Holidays)
- Respectful attire covering torso, shoulders, legs, and knees must be worn
- No refunds under any circumstances
- Re-sale, duplication, or reprinting of tickets is prohibited
- Smoking is only allowed at designated smoking areas within the Park
- Global Village may change opening times or suspend shows/attractions without notice
- By entering, you consent to filming/photography that can occur anytime in the Park
- The Value ticket is not available on weekends and public holidays
- Children aged under 3, senior citizens over 65, and People of Determination ID card holders plus 1 companion can enter free of charge
- For safety reasons, children must wear safety wristbands provided at Ticketing Booths and Information Kiosks
