the cruise was very beautiful, the service was the best. me and my wife came ro Istanbul to have a chance to dedicate time exploring a beautiful city: this cruise was the perfect opportunity. with much room to let all the passenger sit comfortably we could enjoy the view of the city in relax. the explanation of the historical monument was interesting and gave us a very good insight about the past of this beautiful land. even though there were waves, the captain skill made the trip very smooth and we felt cradled by the sea. definitely an experience I'd do again, I very much suggest doing it for everyone

On-time departure 90-minute cruise respected Kindness of staff who let us pass without any problem, even though I had an internet connection problem and couldn't provide the e-tickets. Possibility of getting off on the Galata side on the way back, which enabled us to visit the fish market and eat there. The only downside was that I had paid for 3 audio guides, but I didn't get any, which was a shame.

The communication regarding how to get to the location was very good. We booked the audio guided tour but did not need it as we met a local during the tour who was kind enough to guide us through all the sights of historical importance. Overall, we enjoyed the tour and it was good value for money.

the views of the Bosphorus were very beatiful. the audio guide was not individual and I have paid an extra fee for it. the quality of the sound of the audio speakers was VERY POOR. one could not understand anything.
