Honestly, I had NO idea making pasta from scratch could be this much fun. Came solo, sorta nervous, but Angela made everyone feel like old friends. She even remembered everyone’s names (how??). Pro tip: don’t wear black—flour gets EVERYWHERE. The tiramisu at the end was next-level good, I’m still dreaming of it. Went home with a full belly and some new kitchen skills. Def coming back if I ever make it to Rome again.

Angela’s energy was off the charts. She kept the jokes coming and made sure no one felt lost in the steps, even my dad who usually just microwaves everything. Loved the music (Italian pop, super catchy), and the wine was flowing. We made tagliatelle and ravioli—mine looked a bit wonky but tasted DELISH. Book this if ur in Rome, seriously.

Went with my bf for date night and it was suuuper cute. Class size was a bit bigger than I thought (like 14 ppl?) so it got a lil loud, but that added to the vibe honestly. Angela showed us how to crack eggs with one hand (I failed big time lol). Only downside: could’ve used more time for questions at the end.

If you’re not sure about doing a cooking class, JUST DO IT. I dragged my two teens and they actually smiled (miracle). Angela kept things light and even let us have a mini pasta battle. The carbonara recipe is now a staple at home. Loved every minute.

The best part of our Italy trip, hands down. Family of 5, all ages, and somehow everyone was entertained the whole time. Angela is a STAR—funny, patient, and always making sure we had wine in our hands. The space is smallish but super cozy. Bring an appetite!
