Florence Pasta-Making Cooking Class with Unlimited Tuscan Wine

Take part in Alfredo Cooking Class to enjoy an authentic pasta and wine experience in Florence, designed for travelers who want to discover the true Italian gastronomic culture in a fun, welcoming and memorable atmosphere.

Located just 3 minutes from Florence Cathedral, the experience allows guests to prepare fresh handmade pasta step by step guided by professional Italian chefs while enjoying unlimited Tuscan wine.

Within our school designed specifically for culinary experiences, you will learn traditional Italian techniques used to prepare fresh pasta such as ravioli, tagliatelle, maltagliati and other regional recipes inspired by the Tuscan tradition.

The experience ends with Italian panna cotta dessert and one of the most iconic rituals in Italy: coffee prepared with traditional Italian moka and served together in a final moment designed to be shared, photographed and remembered.

After the course, guests receive access to a reserved digital lounge area where they can download recipes, video recipes, photos of the experience and personalized certificate of participation.
