Kennedy Space Center was such an awesome place. Loved the experience. Booking and accessing tickets through the Headout app was easy and problem free at entry to the facility. Bus tour with 2 stops gave us the opportunity to see different parts of the center. So much to see there that one day may not be enough unless you get there super early.

Great venue and great to see all what this venue has to offer but way understaffed and unprepared for the crowds. The amount of time left waiting for a bus and even a coffee was insane. This is not a reflection of the staff who were clearly overwhelmed by the crowds but a reflection on the association running this venue. If you can sell this many tickets you need to be able to handle this volume of crowds. We spend 95% of our day in lines, this could have been time learning about our beautiful country's history in space.
