The combined ticket was great. The times were right, which was particularly important for us as we had some time to plan our own trip with the tour group on the day of arrival. We were lucky that the weather was fine. Tower Bridge was impressive. The glass panel in particular, which provided a view of the Thames from above, was a highlight for me. It wasn't too crowded, so you had peace and quiet and time to really take it all in. Yes, and what can I say, the Shard was the icing on the cake. A fantastic view at sunset across to the illuminated London. It was a dream. The staff were friendly everywhere. We spent almost 2 hours and couldn't get enough of it. I would come back anytime. Absolutely recommendable.

I found Westminster Abbey incredible. All four of us were moved by the entire experience. You felt like you were walking through history and a beautiful cemetery as there are so many people laid to rest there The Paul's Cathedral was very beautiful but I found it was more about celebrating the lives of the people who helped build the Commonwealth . Best to have some fitness to climb the stairs to the top of the cathedral as well

It was a really impressive experience to see how the bridge opens, through the glass walkaways. The waiting time to get inside the bridge was around 10 or 15 minutes - so it was fine- i expected more. The only thing was, that the engine romms were closed, this evening - so we had to come back the next day. But ist was worth it! The engine romms were really intetesting and there was a lot of information - also for the kids!

Seeing Newton and Hawking's grave, the coronation chair and a lot of historical graves made my day! Headout made it a really seamless experience. Audio guide and the guide notes present near each of the exhibit was sufficient to enjoy the abbey. I also purchased a lot of cool, affordable, high quality souvenirs in the abbey store.

Fantastic feat of engineering. Really enjoyed the visit but felt the offering needed a bit of context. We checked in and were pointed towards the stairs, no further staff interaction. Lots of information but it could benefit from some interactive media etc. The glass decks are excellent.

It was very easy to gain access with our pre booked tickets. It was very informative and walking on the glass floor was brilliant. The views were breathtaking. The engine room was amazing to see how it all used work. Would definitely recommend to do this
