My experience at The Shard in London was truly unforgettable. The moment I stepped into the high-speed elevator and soared to the viewing deck, I felt a rush of excitement. From the top, the panoramic view of London was simply breathtaking — the Thames, Tower Bridge, and city skyline all glittering below. The atmosphere was elegant yet calm, perfect for soaking in the beauty of the city. Watching the sunset from such a height was magical, and it gave me a new appreciation for London’s charm. A visit to The Shard is an experience I’d highly recommend to everyone

In my opinion, it is the skyscraper with the best 360-degree view of London. The view spans multiple floors and although there were a lot of people, you could equally enjoy the view while also sipping a good cocktail at sunset. What's more, it is also the skyscraper with the highest panoramic view...I highly recommend it to anyone who would like to experience observing London and its monuments from above.

The London eye was a great experience. We missed the river tour but as it's a flexi ticket you can pick it up at a different time. The river boat cruise is only one way, we were not aware of this and only saw one bridge, again not aware that the penultimate cruise decides to terminate at London Bridge. So this was a bit disappointing. Join the cruise at Westminster or Greenwich bridge for full experience.

We had an awesome day in London starting with a walk to shard ... bit of nerves at first looking up , then into the lift ... exciting and still a bit of nerves but it was smooth and quick to get up . Everyone was super friendly, then we stepped out to see the city ... it was amazing . A really exciting experience to share with my fiancée & just amazing to look over London city from a Birds Eye view !

You almost succeeded in spoiling this moment for me No atmosphere on the top-hat Nothing to warm up the special atmosphere: No plaids + No illumination of the bus + Zero sound system - we couldn't hear the Christmas music to sing together or the guide on his loudspeaker In short: disappointing :(

Fantastics views but some seats so you could sit down and enjoy them would have made the experience a lot better. No lift access to the upper floors for visitors without disabilities which would have made it better. View from the toilet was unexpected, definetly worth visiting.

Great view and atmosphere. Wrong price on expensive bar menu was quickly rectified by the manager who offered us two free drinks instead. Customer service was excellent and it didn't spoil our visit. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable experience.
