The beefeater who acted as our guide was very theatrical and humorous. Squirrels, crows and cruel, gloomy stories all mingled in an exceptional setting!

Well organized and smooth booking. Impressive experience to be in the Tower..Lot of improvement since i visited last. White Tower became more boring though, since most of the strange weapons are not displayed annymore.

These are 2 very interesting visits. There's not much writing in French for the Tower of London but with the QR code for the tower bridge it's👍

It was fine to book the tickets. Clear and organized. When I had questions about the booking I was able to chat late at night, which was very nice. What was only less was that you would have to print out the tickets and have that exchanged back at the gate. This turned out not to be the case. The qr code turned out to be sufficient for entry. So you didn't have to have them exchanged either. Maybe this is a translation thing. So another instruction is better I think;)

We found the whole experience to be very interesting and informative. Perhaps the only downside is that my 85yo mother found it hard to see through the jostling crowd
