Easy to find on leaving the airport as it is well signposted. I bought my tickets in advance from France and it works great. I recommend it 100%. Top value for money. When I come back to Naples, I won't hesitate to use Alibus again.

I was warned it was an ugly, unpleasant city. But I loved it! The people were amazing! Friendly, charming. A city full of life. Busy. Full of places to visit, and the surrounding area is unmissable. The only problem with transportation is that it's slow and feels like you're riding in a rally. My only complaint is how unpleasant it was to buy tickets for trips to Capri, Imafil, etc. Both times I went, the saleswoman was eating and yelling, and she sold me one with the wrong date. When I returned it a few minutes later, she yelled at me even more and mistreated me. Despite those small details, I love Naples!

The boarding point at the station is easy to find - right by the entrance, next to the cabs. The driver was very friendly and patiently answered all our questions (although he must have heard them many times before ...). He wasn't fazed by the number of people who wanted a lift. The bus was driven safely and competently through the holiday traffic. We'd be happy to do it again any time.
