We loved the provided service, the staff attention was really kind and we felt welcomed. The trip there was a terrible experience: we were stranded for 6 hours due to a breakdown—the third time in a week. No replacement buses or taxis were arranged, and the shuttles had a wait time of about an hour and a half. Fiumicino was in chaos! Still, a rare occurrence… or so they say…...thank goodness I hadn’t bought my train ticket yet! On the way back, I’d bought my ticket online and had to wait 15 minutes for the next train because if I’d taken the earlier one, I would’ve had to pay 5 euros... at least it was cool enough!

Comfortable, very punctual. The only downside is that you have to take the train at the scheduled time or pay a 5-euro surcharge. It would be nice to have the option to extend the validity period before and after the scheduled time, even by just one hour.
