I booked a combined ticket for the acropolis and the museum with an optional audio tour. When I went to use the audio tour on the day of my visit, I realised that it was for something completely different and then spent more money on the correct audio tour. When I contacted customer support I pointed out that the tour doesn't coincide with the ticket and I was told that it's what I booked, that's what I got, and no apology or refund on the additional €10 I had to spend on it

The best was the help I Got when the lady at the ticket desk said, that I had no ticket and that I had bought fake tickets. You support agent helped in a matter of minutes and quickley send me a pdf with the QR-code both on e-mail and whatsapp. It was so amazing and saved our trip.

The entrance to the acropolis worked perfectly and was what we expected. The unfortunate thing was that they sold an audio guide with the tour and it is an audio guide for outside the acropolis. Total disappointment. Added to the fact that later I used it and the application is awful.

I was confused on how to enter. You should state that one needs to join the line at the entrance. To the left, not right. Once in, I loved that I started early and there were not so many people.

The ruins were gorgeous. The ability to get up and close to many things. The location. Being immersed in the culture.
