Absolutely brilliant, very easy to book and using the app to get into the invidual experiences was flawless, absolutely no problems whatsoever. We made the booking for our daughters birthday (7 y/o), she thoroughly enjoyed the eye but the Paddington Bear Experience was the highlight of the trip for her. Once you're past the ticket booth the staff/characters are brilliant, they interact with the children very well getting them involved (and even the adults to an extent). It's a shame you can't take pictures until the end, but I understand the reasoning as they need to keep the flow of attendees moving. Would definitely recommend and might even consider it again if the daugther is keen the next time we're in London. But I would definitely book through this format again.

Easy to download tickets for entry. Good pricing and easy website when ordering. Paddinton experience was undeniably brilliant. The interaction with the characters and story telling both amazed and mesmerised our 5year old. In particular the Mrs Bird was very charming and spent a lot of time chatting with my daughter in the party area. Even posing for extra photos too. The staff on exit were brilliantly accommodating and made sure she found the perfect Paddington to take home and even allowed us back in after exit when she realised she needed the bathroom one last time. Thank you! A great family attraction for all bear lovers!

My 4yr old grandson recently started watching the movies on Prime. They make him laugh so hard I'm sure the whole street can hear. He's very familiar with the characters so coming here brought it all to life for him. So much so we had problems getting him to leave. Therer wasn't anymore people going in after us. He went all the way back to the station platform on his own without being stopped determined to spend the night with Paddington. After a lot of tears we were able to coach him out. He's still insisting though that he wants to go back.
