Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for boarding procedures.

Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of booking.

You can either remain in the car and return to your starting terminal or get off at the opposite terminal and make your return at any time on the same day.

The cars arrive every 30 seconds and carry up to 10 people.

One-way journeys take up to 10 minutes but vary according to passenger flow and weather conditions.

The IFS Cloud Cable Car may temporarily close due to lightning and thunder in the immediate area or very strong winds.

Bicycles are accepted on the IFS Cloud Cable Car at all times. Guests with bicycles travel for free on the cable car before 10:30am on weekdays, excluding bank holidays.

Children under the age of five travel free (when accompanied by a fare-paying adult). Children up to the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Pets are allowed in the cars but must be carried at all times.
