Barely made the train as the cuatoms process was terribly hard overcrowded and even the bus to customs was not sufficient. But we hopped on quickly and our online tickets prevented having to validate. Perhaps the cuatoms can learn how to get more digital and quicker like the train system!

The train was on time. It was easy to get to. Signs are everywhere. The train was clean. Despite the tourists, it was easy to find a seat. Safe. The conductors are there to help you if needed. A great experience.

Rückfahrt Ticket nicht eingelöst. Bus Shuttle war einfacher und günstiger. Konnte Bus einsteigen in Nähe Hotel. Muss nicht zum Termini fahren. Direkt Verbindung mit Bus.

Excellent service, quick efficient train service . Quite a walk from arrivals hall though so give yourself plenty of time as you can't change your ticket times.

I think this is a good app and, in principle, a good purchase. However, we were denied entry to Villa Borghese; I had assumed that the tickets provided didn’t require a specific reservation other than the date. As a result, our day trip to Rome was limited to just a visit to the villa and the gardens. In fact, we had to wait in a line for people who hadn’t shown up for two and a half hours. This prevented us from visiting other sites, and we didn’t get our money’s worth out of the package. Perhaps the website could be improved in terms of information about the places to visit.

It's easy to buy tickets in the app; there were long lines at the ticket machines both at the airport and at the station. The staff were happy to help us get on the train.

Everything went very smoothly. I hope the trip back goes just as well. Since we got there early, we were able to get a seat.
