Barely made the train as the cuatoms process was terribly hard overcrowded and even the bus to customs was not sufficient. But we hopped on quickly and our online tickets prevented having to validate. Perhaps the cuatoms can learn how to get more digital and quicker like the train system!

The train was on time. It was easy to get to. Signs are everywhere. The train was clean. Despite the tourists, it was easy to find a seat. Safe. The conductors are there to help you if needed. A great experience.

So quick and easy to find. Had a lot of luggage but still found this great with no problems on space. Would def use again, half the price of a taxi for 2 people. Awesome!

No lines to enter in attractions! Visit coliseum was possible because we have Roma Pass otherwise we can't make the reservation. Very useful using public transportation!

We missed the train because we had to wait a long time for our luggage to come off the plane. We took the next train so we had to pay an extra €5

The ride was excellent. However, there wasn't enough room for all the luggage, and the train was also overcrowded. That shouldn't happen with reservations.

It's easy to buy tickets in the app; there were long lines at the ticket machines both at the airport and at the station. The staff were happy to help us get on the train.
