Excellent service, quick efficient train service . Quite a walk from arrivals hall though so give yourself plenty of time as you can't change your ticket times.

Our flight was delayed by 30 minutes so by the time we got through a busy security we had missed our planned rail trip. It is a shame that these tickets could not be open to handle this situation. We were able to pay an additional 5 euro per ticket on the train to travel on the outdated tickets but this was an unnecessary stress after 42 hours of Travel from New Zealand.

The staff were consistently friendly, and the trains were clean and on time. After I lost my phone on the train during the return trip, I received very kind assistance and had it back on the very next trip. Save money, use Leonardo Express! Taxis are pricey, this a much more affordable option getting to and from FCO airport/Rome. The ride was smooth and enjoyable! When we arrived at the station there were attendants helping guide us to our trains location. The train was on time, clean, and had plenty of space for our luggage. I will always use this when traveling to Rome!

The code was invalid and could not be scanned. Two train trips were not recognized on the last day, even though the display indicated they were still valid.
